With a high level of commitment to the environment, Grupo Caral presents an exclusive complex of residences on the first line to the sea , at stop 22 of La Mansa, Punta del Este.

A privileged location where the condominium will be located, consisting of 2 modules of 4 and 5 floors, interconnected and with accessible terraces.

Taking the cultural and landscape values of the surroundings, a residential building of 4 and 5 floors is presented, distributed in 2 interconnected modules, in a privileged corner on the first line to the sea, with clear views of the horizon and the west.

A volumetry that is perceived in a simple and pure way, paying homage to its remarkable location under an architecture integrated into the serenity of its natural surroundings.

The design of the building takes into account new ways and rhythms of life, prioritizing community life , contemplating dynamic spaces for recreation, contemplation and work. Its implementation dialogues with the landscape, always accompanied by the sun and the sea as protagonists.
